The Children’s Mental Health Symposium is coming to Calgary to the University of Calgary’s MacEwan Conference and Event Centre between November 1-3, 2019. It’s one of those events that can add essential skills to your parenting toolkit, allowing you to tailor the topics that you’re learning about for your family, and your parenting challenges.
What can you expect at the conference?
This conference is the only of it’s kind in Calgary, so this is an amazing opportunity to be a front runner in advocating for education around children’s mental health in our great city! We invite you to become one of our sponsors, to be an advocate for children’s mental health and to join us in creating a community where the stigma around mental health is dismantled. Let’s move forward together in empowering parents, caregivers, mental health professionals and educators in creating a more hopeful, dynamic future for our youth.
The conference is a must for every parent & covers topics, like:
Compassionate Discipline, Anxiety, ADHD, Anger, Depression, Grief & Loss, Autism, Impact of Divorce and Separation, Trauma, Simplifying, Therapeutic Effects of Animals, as Partners in the Healing Process, Highly Sensitive Children, Impact of Technology, and Being at Your Best When Your Kids are at Their Worst.
We’re excited for the first time conference in Calgary. Tickets are available in one day pass, half day pass, weekend passes, and even just the keynote and range from $60 for a half-day pass to $175 for the full weekend.
