Get ready to gather ’round for a moment of awe at CF Chinook Centre as we light up the night to kick off the holiday season! Join us on Friday, November 15 starting at 6:30 pm in Centre Court where Dave Kelly (host of Dave Kelly Live) will lead the city’s most iconic tree lighting.
In addition to a beautiful display of lights and holiday magic, guests can look forward to performances by DJ Joanna Magik and live music!
Get into the holiday spirit with The CORE for a special night of live entertainment, Christmas tree lighting, fireworks, and of course, Santa. The night begins with opportunities to watch sponsors decorate Christmas trees. There will be entertainment and live music, and free Santa photos (monetary donations will be gratefully accepted by The Magic of Christmas). The night culminates with the lighting of The Core’s famous 45-foot tree.
Situated in the heart of Nose Creek Park in Airdrie, AB, we are Western Canada’s largest, free, outdoor walk-through Christmas Light Display.
32nd Annual Santa Claus Parade Enjoy ‘Light Up George Lane Park’ and meet Santa Claus after the parade at the Museum of the Highwood! The Lions Club of High River will be on hand with hot dogs and hot chocolate, and there is caroling and other activities before the switch is thrown!
The parade will start near the future Central Park and circle the inner Mahogany loop along Masters Ave. Santa & Mrs Claus will close out the parade which will also include local groups, businesses, blocks and special surprise guests! The Mahogany Parade of Lights is open to the public so any and all can come join in the festive atmosphere!
